Here's a not-terrible new UK McDonald's commercial.

Sure, it's not brilliant.
And the guy-girl subplot was forced.
But, it's much better than the shite USA advertising.
Ad agency: Leo Burnett, London.

Hahaha, is very fine your description about your self. Is not too bad the Mac Donald ad. Thank by info.

when any McDonald's commercial at least elicits a mere smirk, I'll take it.

I like the quick cuts at the end when he opens the Big Mac box. Reminds me of Shaun of the Dead, which reminds me of Army of Darkness.

Sure, it's not that bad.

Except that it sucks yeti balls.

Him blowing the paper off the straw made it for me. Although the only US ads I see are typically voice-overs saying how good the food is (when it's not a guy narrowly avoiding a fight with his girlfriend), I can't help but feel they're forcing a huge focus on black demographic for every ad they put out lately. An okay ad by itself, but miles above any other McD ad I've seen.

McDonald's ads in the UK are brilliant 95% of the time. Always brilliantly written.

That's one in a line of about 20 great ads. Their new one is a bit below par. But generally top class.

Totally lame. Guy has a frantic first day at a job so he goes to McDonalds to eat his lunch? Wow... really clever, makes me think how fucked-up we really are when ads like these get "not-terrible" comment from one guy you'd expect more from in terms of criticism.
